I am one of those all or nothing people. That is true of my weight as everything else. I diet and lose, then I make a mistake and figure I have blown it now
and then I do. I am trying to change that. I have been as high as 310 pounds and as low as 139 pounds in the past 10 years. I am getting older and it is time
to settle down and I am trying to settle closer to the bottom weight. Not that low, though.
